HOW TO ACCESS THE OWNER’S PORTAL
From the owner’s portal, you can watch your property perform online. You’ll have the ability to view when your tenant paid rent and the payment amount, access a copy of the lease as well as move-in and move-out inspection reports, see your property’s work orders, invoices, your account statements, property registers and much more!
To register for the owner’s portal:
- Go to our website, www.novusrentals.com
- Click on OWNER PORTAL link located in header at the top right of page.
- Click REGISTER NOW link and register as a new user.
- You will then receive an email with further login instructions and a temporary password from Property Host. If you do not get the email from Property Host in your inbox right away, check your junk or spam folders.
Once you have completed registration we are notified and will grant you access so you’ll be able to log into your account through the Owner’s Portal on www.novusrentals.com.
***Please note, in order to successfully log into your account on the owner’s portal, you must register with the same email address we have on file for you. That email address is what’s in our system as the default email address for accessing your account through the owner’s portal. If your email address has changed or changes in the future, it’s very important to let us know so we can make the change in the system.
