About Us

Rett Harmon is an author, community advocate, and contributor to the real estate industry. He is both an active agent and co-owner of Century 21 Novus. Rett began selling real estate in 2001 while attending the UWG where he earned his B.B.A in Real Estate. C21 Novus is currently growing with 40 agents, 12 staff, and over 700 properties under management. Rett along with his previous team, closed 226 transactions in 2017. Rett actively lists and sells real estate, and leads his team Rettro Group, that he formed in 2018. Rett enjoys sharing relevant best practices through video, contributing to real estate publications, and speaking at industry events. He is an Eagle Scout, has ownership in 9 companies, and is passionate about Reels for Easter Seals. Rett and his wife Jenn, stay on the go with their three children. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, boating and spending time outdoors.

Curtis North is a principal of Century 21 Novus. He serves as the Georgia and Alabama qualifying broker for the company and specialized in the sale of commercial and investment properties, farms, and land. In addition to the leadership that he provides in the sale department, Curtis also plays a vital role in the thriving Novus Realty property management division.

Curtis holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of West Georgia. He began his real estate career in March 1995 and has 15 years’ experience as a managing broker. He has been recognized as a Top Producer in the West Metro Board of REALTORS ® annually since 1997. Curtis is a member of the National Association of REALTORS ® and the National Association of Residential Property Managers.

Curtis is a native of Carrollton where he still resides with his wife and three daughters. He is an avid outdoorsman and values spending time with family and friends. Curtis has devoted countless volunteer hours to coaching softball and investing in the lives of children in the community.

Sandy Morris is the Managing Broker at Century 21 Novus in Carrollton GA. As a real estate professional she has more than twenty years experience working with buyers, sellers, and property management in the West Georgia area. Currently she devotes her time to training, encouraging, and motivating sales agents and staff to build their business and reach the next level in their careers. She has a wealth of knowledge and understands what it takes to be successful in today’s ever changing real estate industry.

In her spare time Sandy enjoys yoga, nature, spending time with her family and playing with her grandpuppy, Scout. She and her husband Roger are long time Carrollton residents and are very active in the community. She has two daughters, Jenna and Brianna, and two sons-in law, Evan and Joseph. In the same way that she cares for her family, she cares for the sales agents and staff at Century 21 Novus. Sandy genuinely loves working with the Novus family and it is evident in the way she invests her time building relationships that extend beyond the workplace.

Ashley Cruey is the Sr. Property Manager of Century 21 Novus. Ashley first joined Century 21 Novus in 2012 as a college student working part-time. After graduating, she went on to begin her role as Senior Property Manager.

Ashley holds a bachelor’s degree in Special Education from the University of West Georgia, as well as her Georgia Real Estate License. She is also a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. Ashley believes in treating others how you would like to be treated and strives to exhibit this when doing business. Ashley enjoys researching and implementing new trends in property management for growth and improvement of daily functions within the company.

In her spare time, Ashley enjoys being a mom, attending sporting events (Go Falcons!), and traveling. Ashley’s passion is helping and teaching children.

Tyler Duffey joined our team in June of 2018 and brings his marketing experience with him to help direct the marketing for Century 21 Novus’ Property Management. Previously, Tyler has led marketing initiatives for BMW, General Motors, and Verizon. Tyler was born and raised in Carrollton, with some time spent in Washington and Connecticut. In his free time, he enjoys watching sports, specifically UGA football, spending time outdoors and quality time with family and friends.

Brandi Maney is an Administrative Assistant at Century 21 Novus since August 2014. She is from Bremen, Georgia and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing at the University of West Georgia. In her spare time she enjoys crafting, spending time with her two cats, and renovating her new home. Brandi also runs a small local photography business, High Soul Photography, which she photographs weddings, engagements, and children.

Claire Barton is the Maintenance Coordinator at Century 21 Novus. She manages maintenance requests, and coordinates repairs with our home owners, vendors, and tenants. Claire majored in English and Communications at Loyola Marymount University. She recently moved to Georgia from Los Angeles. Claire is also an ardent writer, and she just completed her first screenplay.
